As of the end of October 2022, Frank Slootweg has joined the team of Marimecs Marine Design & Engineering in Steenwijk. Frank has joined this division of the MP Group as Construction Engineer Yacht- and Shipbuilding. Ahoy Frank!

NEN 4400-1 certification

Maritime Professionals was inspected on Monday 24 October by Stichting Normering Arbeid - SNA (Labour Standards Register) based on NEN 4400-1. The result of the audit was known the same day, we were positively assessed. This means Maritime Professionals is now entered in the register of the Labour Standards Foundation and has achieved NEN 400-1 certification.

Ivor’s project navigation

Following Ivor's project navigation, the assignment started early September. His expert services will be provided to our client who is active in the luxury yacht building.
