Job description

In this role, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary project team consisting of engineers, a project manager, and a production manager. You’ll be responsible for the technical coordination within the project—from design to production. You ensure that all technical information is available on time, complete, and in the right place.

You’ll liaise with architects, suppliers, external engineers, and your colleagues.
Thanks to your oversight, you connect all parties and safeguard quality, planning, and innovation.
Whether it concerns hull construction, interior, electrical systems, or propulsion—you keep an eye on the bigger picture and step in where necessary.
You’ll also actively contribute ideas around sustainability and innovation in yacht building and know how to implement these in practice.

Your responsibilities include, among others:
•    Coordinating engineering activities;
•    Managing suppliers and requesting quotations;
•    Documenting and managing technical information;
•    Delivering a complete onboard manual at the end of the project.

In short: a versatile role where you’ll work on the world’s most stunning yachts – from the first sketch to the final screw.
