Job description

As Project Manager you are the spider in the web and responsible for efficient and profitable execution of projects, you will supervise all phases of a project (managing progress, budget and quality). The focus will be on the Project Management of your project. In terms of content, you will be responsible for mile-stone planning, forecasts and risk management. You manage the relationship with the client, suppliers and all other internal and external stakeholders. You will be involved in all phases of the projects from design & proposal, engineering, production to delivery and after-sales.

Requirements

You have extensive experience with systems integration in ship or yacht building with a broad and thorough knowledge of Project Management. You get energy from motivating and coaching colleagues and you are able to work under pressure. You have a proactive, result-oriented and open attitude. In doing so, you bring the following with you:

  • Technical BSc or MSc.degree or Maritime Engineering.
  • More than 10 years of experience as a project leader / project manager of multi-year shipbuilding and related projects;
  • Proactivity and with your enthusiastic personality you can get your team and external parties to achieve goals
  • Decisive, customer-oriented and an innovative attitude
  • You can communicate well with all layers inside and outside an organization
