Job description

The Role
We are seeking a motivated, communicative, and experienced Project Manager (full-time, 40 hours). The Project Manager is responsible for the progress, execution, and financial performance of their projects. This includes coordinating engineering activities, production planning, and delivery schedules to ensure our clients’ expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities
•    Manage projects from design to delivery, ensuring all objectives are met.
•    Develop, monitor, and update project and detailed production schedules in collaboration with project coordinators and contractors to create a comprehensive project plan.
•    Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project progress.
•    Provide functional leadership to project team members, promoting effective and efficient workflows in line with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
•    Conduct technical, financial, and process evaluations, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

Skills & Experience
•    Bachelor’s (HBO) or Master’s degree in Maritime Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
•    5–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in similar roles within technical or industrial environments.
•    Strong team player, organized, results-driven, and eager to learn new skills.
•    Excellent command of Dutch and English.
