Are you ready to help bring extraordinary yachts to life? We’re looking for a proactive Junior Project Manager to join our dedicated team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate projects, keep schedules on track, and make sure every detail from design to delivery runs smoothly.
What do you bring?
• MBO+/Bachelor level (e.g. Maritime Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or similar)
• Affinity with yacht building or the maritime sector
• Solid experience in project-based work
• Accurate, communicative, and solution-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office – at least Word and Excel; able to read technical drawings; experience with AutoCAD or Rhino is a plus
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English
Requirements
What will you do?
• Support the Project Manager in the daily coordination of projects
• Prepare and monitor schedules, progress reports, and cost overviews
• Coordinate procurement, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Prepare technical documentation and support work preparation
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively contribute to solutions
• Act as a link between engineering, the workshop floor, and external parties
