Job description

As Interface Structural Engineer you have contact with leading companies in the ship and yacht building industry. You provide welders, engineers and project leaders with information in order to build superyachts. Our client's preparation tool automatically generates all the necessary information. You are the one with the necessary experience to steer this in the right direction.

Your tasks will include

  • Maintaining contact with customers, whereby you liaise with engineers but also the production floor;
  • Responsible for successful customer interactions;
  • Optimising 3D models and making them fit for the preparation tool;
  • Developing information for the production process;
  • Supervising the production process.

Requirements

You are a professional who strives for the highest possible customer success. In addition, you have the following qualities:

  • HBO work and thinking level, with a diploma in a relevant technical direction;
  • Knowledge of ship- and yacht building;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages;
  • Knowledge and good command of 3D software (preferably Rhino 3D);
  • Positive attitude;
  • Accurate work attitude.
